
Gary Beestone
Founder
Gary Beestone is a Tony Award winning Technical Director and Olivier Award winning Producer and founder of Gary Beestone Associates. He is Project Director for Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, and International Technical Director for Stranger Things the First Shadow, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Paddington the Musical. Gary has been Technical Director for Eurovision in Liverpool and Producer of the Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Birmingham. Gary Beestone Associates works with producers and world class creative teams to develop and originate extraordinary productions. Gary Is also a Trustee of Southwark Playhouse.

Zoe Snow
Director
Zoe is partner of Gary Beestone Associates, an Olivier award winning Executive Producer, and creator of international productions and special projects. Zoe is Producer of West End musical, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, recently co-produced new musical Manic Street Creature and has two new productions in development. She was the Executive Producer of the Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Birmingham, Supervising Producer for Eurovision in Liverpool and produced Secret Cinema’s latest production, Grease, the Immersive Movie Musical (2025 and 2026). She has also worked on extensive productions with Paramount, MTV, Nike, Converse, Waltham Forest; London Borough of Culture, Hull; City of Culture, Imagination and 160over90. Zoe is currently a mentor with the event industry leading programme, Elevate.

Richard Seary
Managing Director
Richard has worked with Gary and Zoe for over 20 years and now serves as Managing Director. As the operational backbone of the company, Richard is based in Cornwall and oversees projects across the South West and UK-wide, leading on commercial strategy, finance and delivery alongside production operations. Richard trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He worked extensively at Southwark Playhouse, where he led the team as Technical and Production Manager and later as General Manager. Richard’s GBA experience also includes Asylum for Kneehigh, various productions for the National Youth Theatre, GDIF and London 2012. Richard is trained in IOSH Managing Safely, Emergency First Aid and is a Personal Licence holder.

Erin Witton
Production Manager
Erin graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Erin’s work for GBA includes projects for Secret Cinema, Coventry City of Culture, New Substance, Crossroads Pantomimes, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Peaky Blinders: The Rise; Kes, Tom’s Midnight Garden and Mythosphere. She was previously Production Manager at Battersea Arts Centre and the Roundhouse, and Deputy Production Manager for Sadlers Wells’ Producing department. Freelance work includes Cave and Assistant Production Manager for Arts Stages at Latitude Festival. Erin is trained in IOSH Managing Safely, Emergency First Aid at Work and holds an IPAF licence.

Oli Bagwell Purefoy
Production Manager
Oli is a RADA graduate & following a 10 year career in Stage Management is now Production Manager across a range of our projects. Oli is trained in IOSH Managing Safely, Emergency First Aid at Work and holds an IPAF licence. His GBA portfolio includes Paddington the Musical, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (London, Melbourne, Hamburg, Tokyo), Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular, Cabaret at the Kit-Kat Club, Anne Boleyn the Musical and the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony.

Spencer Tiney
Resident Production Manager
Spencer graduated from Rose Bruford College and has since had a 13 year career working in Stage Management. He has worked on an array of West End productions, including The Book Of Mormon, Wicked, Shakespeare In Love and Singin’ In The Rain, toured with the international arena show Walking with Dinosaurs and also worked at Canada’s Banff Centre. Spencer is currently studying towards a IOSH Managing Safely qualification and is integral in the management of GBA Studios where he oversees day-to-day operations.

Sam Kelly
Production Manager
After graduating from RADA, Sam gained experience in freelance roles and toured the UK and Ireland. Most recently, he worked with The Production Family as an Assistant Production Manager, creating theatre, live events, and immersive experiences. Sam wants to continue developing diverse live events and multidisciplinary projects, focusing on delivering high production values to audiences both nationally and internationally. He is trained in IOSH Managing Safely, IPAF, and First Aid at Work.

Amy Hendry
General Manager
Amy is a General Manager with ten years’ experience across producing, general management and new work development. Before joining GBA, Amy was General Manager at Melting Pot Productions, overseeing UK and international tours of Life of Pi, Ghost Stories, and the development and opening of One Day: The Musical. Previously, Amy spent five years at National Theatre Productions, managing West End and touring productions including The Ocean at the End of the Lane and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. Earlier roles include work with the Michael Grandage Company, New Diorama Theatre and Finborough Theatre, alongside producing independent productions across the UK. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent.

Emma Hayes
Associate Producer
Emma is a Creative Producer with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale artistic projects in the UK and internationally. She has worked with organisations including the Southbank Centre, Shakespeare’s Globe, and the Barbican, and with artists such as Marina Abramović, Little Simz, Nick Cave, and Ballet de Marseille. She enjoys working on multi-disciplinary shows that bridge artistic innovation and storytelling with technical complexity. She joined GBA in 2026 and works across a range of projects.

RAGA SOORIYAKUMARAN
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Raga Sooriyakumaran is a Finance Assistant at GBA, supporting productions and projects across accounts payable, supplier management and financial administration. She brings over 10 years’ experience working across the UK and US, with a strong background in high-volume invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations and stakeholder support. Raga supports the smooth day-to-day running of production finances, working closely with producers, heads of department and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely and well-controlled financial processes.

Daisy On
Production Associate
Daisy has over ten years’ experience in stage management across musical theatre, plays, live events, and immersive productions. After graduating from the Central School of Speech and Drama, she has worked as a company manager on off-West End musicals and as a show caller on audience-driven shows for Secret Cinema, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and The Production Family. Daisy brings her organisational and coordination skills and broad theatrical background to GBA, supporting the planning and delivery of our wide range of productions.

Rosie Lloyd-Farmer
Studio Assistant
Rosie graduated from University of the Arts London with a BA in Costume for Stage and Screen in 2022. She worked the wardrobe departments of several theatres around Birmingham including The Alexandra Theatre and The Lichfield Garrick Theatre before attending university and completing an internship at Opera Holland Park in 2021. She worked with GBA part time whilst studying and then joined the team full time after graduating

Mary Halliday
Prop Supervisor
Mary is a freelance prop supervisor, working across a range of theatrical productions, both with Gary Beestone Associates and beyond. For GBA, she has been involved with the creation of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, Stereophonic, Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular, Cabaret at the Kit-Kat Club and Anne Boleyn the Musical, alongside various development workshops and upcoming productions. Outside of GBA, she has also worked on Moulin Rouge the Musical, The Book of Mormon, Anything Goes (Barbican Theatre), My Fair Lady (London Coliseum), The King and I (London Palladium), Kiss Me Kate (Barbican Theatre), Kyoto (Soho Place Theatre), Fear of 13 (Donmar Warehouse) and many more.
